Definitions and Interpretation
The following terms carry the same meaning throughout this document.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings stated below:
"Platform"
The 288k website (288k.mom) and all related services, gaming interfaces, mobile versions, and digital features associated with it.
"User" or "You"
Any person who has registered on the 288k platform or is using its services.
"Account"
A personal profile registered on the 288k platform through which the user can participate in games, conduct financial transactions, and manage other services.
"Real Money"
A balance of funds with real monetary value that the user has deposited into their 288k account and uses to place bets in games.
"Bonus"
Additional funds or benefits granted to a user by 288k, which come with specific wagering conditions attached.
Acceptance and Eligibility
The following conditions must be met in order to use the 288k platform.
To open an account and use the services on the 288k platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
1. Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age. We do not allow minors to open accounts. If it is found that a user is under 21, their account will be immediately closed and any winnings will be considered void. For users aged 21 and above only.
2. Individual Account
Each person may open only one account. If a single person is found to have multiple accounts, all accounts may be suspended or cancelled.
3. Providing Accurate Information
You must provide true, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure and forfeiture of balance.
4. Voluntary Participation
Gaming on 288k is entirely voluntary. You acknowledge that online gaming carries financial risk and that you are fully aware of this risk.
Important: By registering or logging in under these terms, you are considered to have automatically agreed to all rules.

It is your responsibility to keep your account secure.
Registration Process

Password and Login Security
- Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and do not share them with any third party.
- Notify 288k immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
- You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

Identity Verification
288k reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. If the required documents (national ID, passport, utility bill, etc.) are not submitted, account activity may be temporarily suspended.

Deposit
The following methods are accepted for depositing funds on the 288k platform:

Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).
Deposited funds will only be transferred to an account that has been verified and approved. Payments made in the name of a third party are not accepted.
Withdrawal
The following rules apply to withdrawals:
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
- Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
- Completing identity verification is mandatory before a withdrawal request can be processed.
- The withdrawal method must be consistent with the method used at the time of deposit.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
Wagering Requirement
The welcome bonus requires a 20x wagering requirement, calculated on the bonus amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳20,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
General Rules for Using Bonuses
- Each bonus offer may have separate conditions — please read those conditions before accepting an offer.
- A bonus applies to one account only. Attempting to claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts may result in all accounts being cancelled.
- Once a bonus expires, it will be automatically cancelled.
- 288k reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
- Winnings derived from a bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.
VIP Program
The 288k VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. You can advance to higher tiers through regular gaming activity, and weekly cashback benefits increase as you move up.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.
The following activities are completely prohibited while using the 288k platform:
- Fraudulent Activity: Using any form of fraud, cheating, bots, or automation software.
- Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one account by the same individual.
- Bonus Abuse: Systematically playing games with the intent to exploit loopholes in bonus terms.
- Money Laundering: Using the platform to clean funds from illegal sources.
- Hacking and Cyber Attacks: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform's software, servers, or network.
- Third-Party Software: Using external software or scripts to gain an unfair advantage in games.
- False Information: Submitting false or forged documents during identity verification.
- Using Another Person's Account: Playing on behalf of another person or using another person's account.
Involvement in any of the prohibited activities above may result in account closure, forfeiture of balance, and legal action if necessary.
